El libro Ten trata de hacer un paralelismo entre el manifesto del Dogma 95 y el manifesto del New Nordic Cuisine, a través de las diez reglas preestablecidas. Su propósito principal es analizar el por qué el Dogma no pudo sostenerse; y cómo, sin embargo, el NNC ha logrado ser increíblemente exitoso.
